ABOUT THIS SHOP

This shop, all the things in it are lovingly made by Jacq Cronin. I love your support, it helps me create wonderful and bright pieces of art. To take something raw and breathe life into it is a passion of mine.

This passion helps me to create without restrictions and with my children, I'm so very fortunate! I thank you for been a part of it.

Do you sell original artwork?

I sure do! Original artwork can be found here on this site. Only while stocks last.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, feel free to contact me and let me know what you’re after. I am more than happy to discuss custom options on colour and print sizes with you and will assist wherever possible: jaquimoran@gmail.com.

PRINTS / A2 prints or bigger are custom printed to order and can take approximately 3 - 5 working days to print, then up to 3 working days to ship. Custom fine art prints or posters are also available through custom ordering on most artwork, please contact me if you would like any of these.

COMMISSION ART & TEXTILE ART / is available and varies in price according to item size and materials. Most custom art takes 2-4 weeks to create. You will receive an email from me confirming order and through the creation time, with the process pictures.

How can I get specials?

You can join my mail list to ensure you get all the specials and freebies that become available.

SHIPPING & REFUND

How long will it take for my items to be shipped?

3 to 5 working days from payment.

How are my products shipped?

Print orders are shipped via Australia Post.  Print items are packaged in a sealed cellophane bag and backing board, larger prints are rolled in a cardboard tube to ensure products don’t get wet or bent/damaged. Bulk orders are shipped in a rigid mailer.

Please note that I like to recycle and I pack using recycled cardboard, so it's not always fancy looking.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, cost will be added at checkout for items. Australian customers will be provided with tracking details after items have been shipped via email.

If your order fails to arrive or is damaged during transit, please get in touch as soon as possible so that I can arrange a possible replacement. I will need photo evidence to ensure I can report the incidence to Australia Post via its proper procedures.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes you can buy internationally.

What’s your refund policy?

Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not offered.  

A refund or exchange will only be offered if the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Please contact me and provide a clear photo of the issue. The issuing of a return or exchange is at the discretion of Jacq Cronin Artist.

What will happen with my details as a customer?

Your security while shopping online with Jacq Cronin is extremely important, this shop is run through Shopify will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. I will not be sharing any information to any third party. You may receive an odd email from me if you choose to subscribe to my newsletter.

What if I want to use your pictures?

All artwork, designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, HTML code or other intellectual property is subject to copyright and remains the intellectual and creative property of Jacq Cronin Artist. It may not be distributed, printed or copied (for personal or corporate use) without permission. Legal action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing my intellectual property.
